Lane Speer (Paris Warner) is a young girl who enjoys camping with her parents. A year after Lane’s father dies from cancer, her mother re-marries a Mormon. Before Lane’s parents go off on their honeymoon, they encourage Lane to attend a week-long girls’ Bible camp organized by the LDS Young Women.
