In Season 7 premiere, we meet Ally (Sarah Paulson), her wife Ivy (Alison Pill), and their son Oz (Cooper Dodson). It will also introduce Evan Peters’ Kai Anderson and Winter Anderson (Billie Lourd). These five characters, along with Cheyenne Jackson’s Dr. Rudy Vincent, will kick off the story.
